This policy explains the terms for booking, cancelling and refunds for the Goal Voyages experience, a 7-day football trip in Buenos Aires. By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Deposit

Your deposit is non-refundable. It secures your place and covers costs we commit to in advance, such as match tickets, accommodation and supplier bookings.

2. Cancelling your booking

If you cancel at least 60 days before the experience start date, any payments you have made beyond the deposit can be used as credit toward a future Goal Voyages experience. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable and cannot be credited, because tickets and arrangements are already confirmed and paid.

3. Payments

Your place is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance can be paid in two or up to three installments, as long as you start paying at least three months before the experience start date. If you book closer to the start date, the full balance is due before the experience begins. If a payment is not made on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled under the terms above.

4. Transferring your place

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person before the experience, subject to our confirmation and any supplier requirements. Please contact us as early as possible.

5. Changes to matches and itinerary

Match dates, times and venues are set by the Argentine football authorities and can change at short notice. If a fixture changes, we adjust the itinerary to keep the experience as close as possible to what was planned. A change of fixture is not grounds for a refund.

6. If we cancel

If we cancel the entire experience for reasons within our control, you can choose a full refund of the payments made to us or a credit toward a future departure. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, government measures or decisions by clubs and football authorities (force majeure).

7. What is not included

Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, meals not listed in the itinerary and personal expenses are not included in the price and are not refundable by us. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and trip interruption.

8. No-show

If you do not show up for the experience or for any included activity, no refund or credit applies to the missed services.

9. How to cancel

To cancel, email us at info@goalvoyagesexperience.com with your name and booking details. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written request.
